NCUE - Office of Academic Affairs

 

 
Introduction
The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for registration, curriculum, admission, and other academic affairs related to the NCUE's day school. The President shall designate a professor to serve as the Dean of Academic Affairs to supervise the academic affairs of NCUE. In addition to the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Office includes the Registration Division, Curriculum Division, and Teaching Resource Division.
 
In addition to the Dean of Academic Affairs, one secretary shall be designated to assist the Dean of Academic Affairs with related administrative matters.
 
The Registration Division consists of one Director, assisted by an associate professor, two staff members, and two administrative assistants to handle matters related to registration, including student status management, grades management, issuing student IDs and diplomas, applications for credit exemption, filing of students' personal information, etc.
 
The Curriculum Division consists of one Director, assisted by an associate professor, a specialist, a staff member, a clerk, and an administrative assistant to handle matters related to curriculum, including course planning, course selection, pre-course selection, course adding and withdrawal, credit overload, inter-university course selection, midterm exams, final exams, makeup courses, course rescheduling, course offerings, etc.
 
The Teaching Resource Division consists of a full-time Director, two staff members, and two administrative assistants to handle matters related to admissions and teaching resources.
